3-IN-1 FINANCIAL PLANNING PACKAGE FOR WOMEN –
PROTECT, BUDGET AND GROW

This service is specially formulated for women who have already started out and been in their careers for a few years. They are usually in their 20s to sometimes early 30s.

I have designed this easy-to-follow “Protect, Budget and Grow” approach for women to kick-start their financial planning journey. This is an ideal package for someone who may not be completely confident or would love some guidance to navigate reviewing their finances. This package focuses on the following financial planning priorities:

1. PROTECT

You may have bought this policy when you first started work. This would be your “get my foot in the door” policy, as you thought “better to have some coverage than none.”

Now, as you have more financial commitments, you wonder if you need to make adjustments to your basic coverage, and maybe it is time to step up your coverage from basic to comprehensive.

In addition, you will also want to cover against any COVID-related changes in conditions. You will find more details to help you start on your review from the Insurance Portfolio Review Service.

2. BUDGET

Now that your financial situation is more predictable, you may be looking into bigger purchases such as your first property. However, you are not sure how ready you are to buy your first property and it all looks very daunting.

This is where property budgeting comes in. There is a Property Affordability Exercise to take you through a process to evaluate how ready you are to buy your first property.

This will help you in calculating the net yield on your property investment.

3. GROWTH

You have progressed to starting on some DIY investment account and you are thinking of reviewing as the ups and downs of the markets this year has caused your current investment portfolio mix and needs to differ from the initial set-up.

First, I will go through a Risk Assessment Exercise to update your risk tolerance and compare if the current make-up of your investment portfolio fits in with your risk tolerance.

Following which, I will go through a Cash Flow Analysis to advise how much you should set aside for investment growth.

This package will be held over two Zoom sessions.

> Session 1:

The first session will take around 45 minutes, during which I will walk you through priority (1) Protect.

> Session 2:

The second session will also take around 45 minutes, in which I will go through priorities (2) Budget and (3) Growth.

BONUS

The review also includes a one-time compilation of all your insurance policies in an wellnex app. Your insurance information can be uploaded in an app for convenient access. In addition, the app comes with medical and lifestyle benefits to help you save money through preferred partners rates.

The “Protect, Budget and Grow” Package Service cost is a one-time fee of $200 nett.
